ULINK Debug Adapters
The Keil ULINK family of debug and trace adapters connects the host computer via USB to your target system. ULINK uses on-chip debug interfaces and supports application debugging and Flash programming.
The ULINK family supports traditional features like simple and complex breakpoints, watch windows, and execution control. By using Serial Wire Output (SWO), it also provides additional trace functions such as system analysis.
ULINKpro interfaces with ETM trace connectors and uses trace streaming technology to capture full instruction traces for code coverage and execution profiling.
Additionally, ULINKplus offers power measurement for energy optimization and I/Os for test automation.
DSTREAM
Arm’s high-performance DSTREAM debug and trace units enable powerful software debugging and optimization on any target hardware based on ARM processors.
With features like hardware acceleration for bring-up across multiple development platforms and an open debug interface for use with third-party tools, DSTREAM debug probes provide a comprehensive solution for the development and debugging of complex SoCs when paired with Arm Development Studio.
